Use in humid or seaside areas may result in the development of light surface rust on the stainless-steel grill due to exposure to moisture and environmental conditions. This is considered normal wear and does not impact the operation or safety of the appliance. Where airborne compounds have caused surface deterioration use a dishwashing scouring pad or similar fine-grade steel wool to remove the marks. When the heater is not in use, use a protective cover or store in a dry, sheltered location where possible.

The TEVO™ Focus also has a Safety Feature that reduces the Heat Level when you are closer than 80cm from the front of the Heater. The TEVO™ Focus Infrared Heater produces 2,000 watts of heat on maximum setting. The warmth achieved in any room will be totally dependent on the room’s level of insulation or lack of. The Heater has the feature of sending heat out via invisible infrared light meaning you can feel it over 3 metres away.
